Working hours, users and submitting queries
The Department is open for MPs, members of working bodies and the Croatian Parliament’s staff every day from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. During sessions of Parliament, it is open as long as a session is in progress, but not later than 7:30 p.m.

The professional staff is not required to respond to queries based on private or business needs, and which do not correspond to the regular parliamentary duties of MPs, working bodies and staff.

Queries may be submitted in person, by phone or e-mail. Regardless of the person to whom it is directed, queries will be answered by a professional staff member in the shortest possible time, and the information will be sent to the user in a format that most suits him/her. Queries must be formulated as precisely as possible, and a final deadline for receiving such information should be specified.
External users can direct their queries in writing to the head of the Department or the Secretariat of Parliament.
