The mandate of the representatives elected to the Croatian Parliament (hereinafter: Parliament) runs for 4 years and can be prolonged only in the case of war, or in cases form articles 17 and 100 of the Constitution of the Republic of Croatia. The mandate of the representatives is not imperative and they are not revocable.
