According the regulations of the Information Access Law, all information owned and controlled by public authorities in the Republic of Croatia have to be accessible to all physical person and corporations which might demand access to these information. The same Law applies to foreigners as well.

Foreigners, those who are not citizens of the Republic of Croatia, can demand the access to information about the Croatian Parliament as follows:

- by submitting a written request to Croatian Parliament, Trg Sv. Marka 6, Zagreb, Croatia
- by submitting a request to a contact person at sluzbenik_za_informiranje@sabor.hr

Croatian Parliament can limit or deny access to information under the conditions prescribed by the Law.
