Deputy Speaker’s Rosh Hashanah Message

Zagreb – The Deputy Speaker of the Croatian Parliament Mr Josip Leko has sent a message of goodwill to the Jewish community living in Croatia on the occasion of Rosh Hashanah, the New Year's Day of the Jewish calendar.The Deputy Speaker said:

“On behalf of the Croatian Parliament and on my own behalf, I am sending my greetings at Rosh Hashanah to all the members of the Jewish community, wishing them all the best in the year 5773.

May this holiday, as the forthcoming ones of Yom Kippur and Sukkot, bring you peace, plenty of joy, religious unity and family togetherness.”
