Parliament Speaker Gordan Jandroković extended Kurban Bayram greetings

Zagreb - Parliament Speaker Gordan Jandroković on Saturday extended Kurban Bayram greetings to the head of the Islamic Community in Croatia, Mufti Aziz Hasanović, and all Islamic believers, adding that this religious holiday highlights the importance of understanding and solidarity.

"May Kurban Bayram, as the great Islamic holiday of sacrifice, love, and care for one's neighbour, brings peace, health, happiness, and prosperity to your families," Jandroković said, among other things.

This holiday reminds us that it is important to raise awareness in society about mutual understanding and respect, tolerance and community solidarity, and charity towards those in need said the Sabor Speaker ending his message with the traditional greeting "Bayram Sherif Mubarek Olsun".
