Born on 14 February 1960 in Kosovska Mitrovica, Kosovo. Graduated from the Vocational School of Electrical Engineering in Pristina, Kosovo; Vocational School for Sports Coaches in Split and from the Military Academy in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina – Bachelor of Electrical Engineering.
