Croatian Members of European Parliament

The election of Members of European Parliament from Croatia is governed by the Republic of Croatia European Parliamentary Elections Act. 

The first elections of MEPs from Croatia were held on 13 and 14 April 2013. Pursuant to the provisions of the Treaty of Accession of the Republic of Croatia to the European Union, 12 MEPs were elected, who assumed their duties in the European Parliament on 1 July 2013. Their mandate ends on July 1, 2014, when European Parliament elections will be held and a new European Parliament will be elected for a five-year term. In the next term of the European Parliament 2014-2019 Croatia will have 11 MEPs. 

Croatian Members of European Parliament may participate in meetings of all working bodies of the Croatian Parliament.
